Echo West Consulting spawned from a simple observation: great businesses were being held back by disconnected systems.

I spent years inside enterprise organizations—Fortune 500 programs at companies like Southwest Airlines, BNSF Railway, Galderma (formerly Nestle Skin Health)—bringing the kind of systems-level thinking that transforms fragmentation into alignment. These weren't companies where digital transformation, brand strategy, and operational excellence naturally worked together. They were organizations that needed someone who could see the whole picture and architect the integration—because when those pieces don't connect, nothing works at all.

Throughout my career, I've served as a trusted advisor to executive leadership as a strategic partner translating vision into operational reality. I built my reputation as an executive-facing asset who bridges the gap between C-suite ambition, customer expectations, and cross-functional execution, bringing clarity and momentum to complex transformation initiatives.

The work was exhilarating. But I kept thinking about the businesses that needed this kind of thinking most: the $3M company with exceptional service but a brand that didn't reflect it. The growing firm with talented people and manual processes that couldn't scale. The organizations doing world-class work behind the scenes but were invisible to the market.

So I built Echo West Consulting to do exactly that.
